So, we had a great time, met a lot of awesome people and launched over 15 startups.  After the demos on sunday night, the judges picked 3 of the top startups based on execution.

The top 3 are:
1) GitHacking –  an extra social layer on top of GitHub that helps connect developers to open source projects.
2.) LaunchRock – a service to build hype around your startup…virally.
3.) Artwork Evolution – an application that enables the creation of digital artwork.

There are plenty of others to mention and I’m sure you’ll be hearing more about many of the others soon. For everyone that participated, thanks so much for believing in the power of this event. We collectively made this happen and is proof that when a community works together, amazing things can be accomplished. See you at the next Startup Weekend.
